þar af leiðandi beinn afkomandi Hákonar v. Noregskonungs. (consequently a direct descendant of Hákon v. Norwegian King.)
Håkon Jonsson was a Norwegian landowner and national council.
Håkon was the son of Håkon 5's son Jon Havtoresson, who was the son of Havtore Jonsson and the king's daughter Agnes. Through inheritance and marriage, Håkon received extensive land in Eastern Norway (in Borgarsyssel and in Romerike), in Western Norway and in Agder. He was very close to his relative, King Håkon 6, and looked after his interests as governor of the Orkney Islands and Hjaltland (Shetland), and later in Bergen. From 1370 Håkon was the Norwegian national council.
When Margrete became a Norwegian queen in 1388, Håkon assured him that he had never wanted to become king in Norway nor had any right to it.
